Diabetics at Jamba Juice:

Eating good food at the right time can control your blood sugar, also stop you from craving wrong sort of food. Jamba Juice offers drinks in three separate sizes: 16, 24, and 32-ounce. You can choose the lowest serving size and cut down on sugars and calorie intake. If you're diabetic and concerned about the sugar intake, then you can opt for the smaller 9.5-ounce smoothies available for kids at Jamba Juice.

Foods to Avoid at Jamba Juice for Diabetics:

Jamba Juice is primarily known for its highly satisfying and nutritive smoothies and juices. Almost every smoothie and juice item on the Jamba Juice menu contains sugar. Diabetics are recommended to opt for smaller serving size while ordering at Jamba Juice. Also, avoid opting for creamy treats as all the smoothies offered in this category contain a load of sugars.

Keep the sugar content below 50g per meal at Jamba Juice and ensure that you don't follow it with a heavy meal. A small size regular smoothie is equivalent to a meal for everyone. Classic smoothies at Jamba Juice are also heavily loaded with sugars. Stay away from that section if you are a diabetic.

There are some places that I ALWAYS get the same thing & at Jamba Juice I ALWAYS order: Orange Dream with the free immunity boost. I've tried my friends' orders but its not enough to make me venture from my usual order. I've heard people mention the secret white gummy bear drink & decided to try it for myself. I was disappointed that my Jamba didn't taste like the candy but I've heard that not many people know how to make this drink, since it's not on the menu. I'll have to try this secret drink at another Jamba & cross my fingers that it tastes better

I stopped by tonight to use a BOGO (buy one get one) coupon. If you buy one smoothie, you get one free! I scored the coupon from my Great Aloha Run packet and decided to use it tonight before I forgot about it. Right when I walked in the cashier was very helpful and had a great attitude. I had doubts about adding a boost to an already boosted smoothie but she told me that if I did not like it, they would redo it without it. The cashier was also very personable. She wondered if her brother had a coupon because he did the Great Aloha Run. I then wondered if she got free drinks because she wouldn't need a coupon then! I found out some insider info and then a couple of customers came in. I stepped aside so they could order. My drinks were made very fast and they even put the extra that did not fit in the cups into little cups so I got everything! That made me really happy because I like to get every little bit that's in the blender. After this experience, I would go out of my way to come back. I was treated really nicely and the employees genuinely seemed to care that I did my business here.

This is what service should be! As soon as we walked in, we were enthusiastically greeted. We came here to get something to hold us over while we waited to have breakfast next door - 30 minute wait. So we were taking a few minutes looking at the menu because we didn't want to get anything too filling. I feel so bad, I didn't catch her name, but the gal that helped us told us let her know if we have any questions, then a minute later she made suggestions by what's popular and what's new...and she did so in a way that wasn't pushy. Well the new product, she pointed out really caught my eye! It's Kale, ginger, lemonade, peach & mango. She was sure to let us know the ginger packs a big punch! And it really does. But I am such a huge ginger fan so it's ok. When my order was ready they walked it out to me. When my friends order was ready - he ordered a bowl - the guy working asked if he'd like a cup of water. Simple, yet very kind gesture. The 2 ladies and gentleman who were working this morning were equally above and beyond with each customer who came through while we were there. What a team! I'm so impressed with these three.

During my high school years, I would visit this Jamba Juice location whenever I went out to tennis tournaments at Barber's Point. There was nothing more refreshing than getting a Jamba in between tennis matches or on the way home after a long game. Granted, I don't like too many fruits in my smoothies and prefer the sweeter drinks, but I always looked forward to Jamba visits during tournament weekends. I only would deviate between two boosts--vitamin boost or energy, depending on what I was feeling that day--but I would put one of the free boosts in my smoothie without fail. This location was always fast, efficient and the drink quality was consistent as well. Usually, my mom, brother and I would stop into this store after making a quick trip to get pizza from Papa John's (Barber's Point was sort of secluded so when we had to stay out there all day for tennis tournaments, we had to resort to whatever was close by for food and nutrition in between meals). I don't go to Jamba as often anymore, but here's what I would recommend: "Chocolate Moo'd": This was my go-to order at Jamba and it's no surprise, being that I love chocolate. This smoothie is one of the sweeter options and features a blend of nonfat vanilla frozen yogurt and creamy chocolate. I would always ask for the ice to be finely shaven, so they would keep the blender with my smoothie contents going for slightly longer. I don't mind the occasional ice crunch when drinking my smoothie, but I've definitely had Jamba smoothies that were filled with ice chunks and required chewing! I love the "Chocolate Moo'd" because it's sweeter, but not overwhelmingly rich. You can taste the sweet frozen yogurt blend that's accentuated with the chocolate flavor. This treat is refreshing at any time, but especially when the weather's warm outside. "Peanut Butter Moo'd": I think I only got this smoothie once when I was younger--I never really deviated from the "Chocolate" version--but I would give this one another go if I ever visited Jamba again. It includes peanut butter, bananas, non-fat vanilla frozen yogurt and chocolate moo'd milk chocolate. I probably didn't order this smoothie much when I was younger because I'm not a huge fan of bananas, but since I love peanut butter, I'm sure I would still like it today. Plus, it includes chocolate in the mix, resulting in one of my favorite combos of all time. "Orange Dream Machine": This is my auntie's favorite smoothie from Jamba because it tastes like a creamsicle, and she orders it on every visit. It includes orange juice, orange sherbet and non-fat vanilla frozen yogurt. I don't like orange at all so I wouldn't order this smoothie, but my auntie says she loves the citrusy taste that's complemented by the sweet vanilla fro-yo that balances it out perfectly. "Strawberries Wild": My mom and brother usually order this smoothie from Jamba, and I tried it once for myself. I still preferred my "Chocolate Moo'd", but if I do want a fruit-filled smoothie, this is probably the one I would order. It includes a blend of strawberries, bananas, apples and frozen yogurt. Apples are one of my favorite fruits, and I actually don't mind the fruity blend in this drink. Though I normally don't eat strawberries and you get a slightly tart taste with this smoothie, it's offset somewhat by the sweeter apple juice, bananas and frozen yogurt. My mom and brother like this drink and it's great with the vita boost if you're trying to stave off/recover from a cold. "Sourdough Parmesan Pretzel": I remember getting this Parm pretzel for a snack once and loving it because of the taste and texture. It features a big, puffy, sourdough pretzel topped with Parmesan sprinkles and baked to warm perfection. I liked the soft, fresh bread and the hardened, crispy Parmesan shavings that were baked on. This pretzel is definitely best when served warm -- it has that great, toasted exterior and soft, moist interior. "Turkey Sausage 'n Cheese Breakfast Wrap": I never noticed breakfast wraps on the Jamba menu before, but this is one that I'd totally be down to try. It features scrambled egg whites, turkey sausage crumbles and melted cheese wrapped up in a homestyle tortilla. This savory wrap features some of my favorite breakfast components, so I'm sure I'll like it, especially if it's made fresh and served warm. "Spinach 'n Cheese Breakfast Wrap": Spinach is my favorite veggie, so this breakfast wrap sounds like it's right up my alley. It includes flavorful egg whites, spinach, caramelized onions and gooey cheese wrapped in a tortilla. I would probably just dig out the caramelized onions from my wrap, but everything else included sounds superb.

I would rather make my own smoothie at home at a fraction of what they charge me at Jamba Juice. But it is nice not having to clean my blender and just enjoy a delicious smoothie on the go, once in a while. I like the fact they have different options like all-fruits. fruits and vegetables, and creamy. The customer service is great too. Don't forget to sign up for Jamba insider, if you are a frequent customer here.

Chelsea and Ghiana are very stingy with coupons. I've never had a problem with using the fundraiser card or any other coupon for acai bowls until they were working. Not to mention very rude to start with. Highly recommend visiting the Jamba by Home Depot instead.

I normally love Jamba Juice, but this location just wasn't right. My daughter's strawberry kid's smoothie tasted bland. Like unreal bland. So bland that I'm surprised it was pink. This is her normal drink at Jamba, so I know what it's supposed to taste like. My daughter didn't even drink it. The lady that waited on us wasn't friendly at all. If rather get 7-11 then come back to this location.

If u ever feel like your coming down with a cold, go straight to Jamba Juice and get the cold buster ! It always works for me all the time! I wish I was a millionaire so I can go everyday. Clean store and friendly staff! Everything is so good and healthy too!

Orange Dream with an immunity boost screams my name every time I see or get close to a Jamba Juice! Lol this location is awesome because the staff are so friendly. The only downfall about this place is their parking and it's because they share parking with other businesses that are rather busy as well like Starbucks, Sumo Ramen, and Thai Lao!

Two things hit you when you enter the Hawaiian version of the trendy Jamba Juice smoothie chain: 1) Menu items unique to Hawaii aka GLORIOUS breakfast sammiches and bowls and 2) Doh! I missed the Banana Man 5k again! Jamba Juice is a waste of time stateside, but in Hawaii, it's a good pit stop because of the special items. The only part of the experience not-so-hot is pricing. A small of whatever you want is typically around $5. That's really not a lot for the Island, but when you compare it to other fast food options, $5 gets you more at these places than a smoothie. I know, I know. It's all about the nutrition. But when the smoothie doesn't fill me up and I have to head over to Teddy's, then nutrition is out the window again, yeah?

Y365C #003/365 I absolutely love this location, 5 stars solely on customer service & quality of my smoothies ;) I have a true smoothie addiction, jamba happens to feed it a lil' more. I feel at times I may need a jamba intervention in the future. There has been numerous times in the past when I've had or would have 2 in one day, now its down to one. And this is not everyday, maybe every other day or I would actually go without longer now-a-days due to my schedule at work. But majority of the time I am fortunate to have an awesome co-worker either going to pick up or going somewhere where there's a jamba around. Lucky me.CHEESE. I've gone to numerous location, & I will definitely write to give all the different locations, my feedback/experiences. But this one has a special place in my heart for sure, all the staff at this location is great & pretty much know me by my smoothie lol powersize BLUE FRUITY PEBBLES, just recently I changed it up to RED FRUITY PEBBLES with strawberries It wasn't for the overall experience I receive everytime I pay this location a visit, I would've given this location a 4 since parking could be challenging at times (most of the time). But I won't give them a hit just for parking cause regardless if I find immediate parking or not. I will go here since they make my drink perfectly everytime regardless of who makes it.

This Jamba Juice is by far the cleanest and most friendliest store out of all the Jamba Juice locations I have visited. Employees there are always helpful and fast with making the smoothies. Definitely gonna be my regular store to go to.

I was notorious for drinking their smoothies and it was nearly a religious act. My job thought it was cool to give me a certificate and announce me "Jamba Girl". It was cute at the time since I was the newbie in the office. Oh, what fond memories this place serves. Today my friends was the $1 special for their sixteen. I had the acai smoothie and that stuff was slurping worthy. There's bits of seeds because of the acai, but the balance of berries, ice, and sherbet was just perfect. Tip your drink servers/ baristas, because tapping those blenders all day long with their palm seems like it hurts. YIKES, but some times good stuff don't come easy.

I came here recently while doing an errand in the Kapolei area and I would say that it is a pretty good location. It is of course like all Jambas right alongside Starbucks. They have the typical Jamba menu. My favorites are orange dream machine and peanut butter moo'd. I came in the morning and usually in the mornings I get the peanut butter moo'd but in they didn't have any and I was bummed. I ended up getting an orange dream but it wasn't the same. I also sometimes get the matcha green tea which they don't really have in the menu. The staff and customer service is good. The shop is pretty small and they do have a couple of table and seating areas to dine in. The location is conveniently located in a plaza area right across form the Kapolei Shopping Center area. There's a decent amount of parking right across from the store. Jamba now has some meal combos which is pretty cool. I like the sixteen classic smoothie combo with choice of breakfast wrap, sandwich, or flatbread. It makes a pretty good meal about about 7 something bucks.

They shorted my power orange dream machine and let it sit in the machine so long it got watery. My wife's small razzamatazz was full but also watery frim sitting on the machine too long. They only had 2 workers with quite a line. This is the worst jamba juice I have been to nationwide.
